In relationship therapy we will explore how you and your partner(s) communicate within the relationship. The goal of the sessions is to gain more insight in each other, and the relationship, in order to get communication and feelings in check. Becoming aware of the negative patterns in your relationship will lead to better understanding and more intimacy.


Examples of issues that can be brought into relationship therapy:


  • Lack of trust
  • Lots of fights and finding it hard to connect again
  • Having a higher or lower libido than your partner(s)
  • Having different needs
  • Not feeling understood or heard
  • Lack of intimacy
  • Lack of contact between partners
